At Kellogg, the Senior Finance Manager drives direction with the team to ensure viable financial solutions for our strategy and execution. In this role, you will be engaging with the Logistics Supply Chain team to support the business analysis, process management, and providing financial and strategic insights.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING



  • Financial Strategy – You'll lead and direct the financial planning process, including target setting and plan updates with Senior Executives.
  • P & L Management – We need someone who has been successful on a cross-functional team and has managed a significant P & L. We need you to drive performance while meeting or exceeding business objectives.
  • Communication is key! – can you talk to non-financial co-workers and explain financial impacts? That will be important as a Senior Finance Manager. We will need someone that can work with a variety of people and influence them appropriately.
  • People Management – Contributing to the overall learning of the Logistics Supply Chain Finance team, you'll share best work practices and oversee direct reports. Two scoops of leadership and a spoonful of coaching will be key ingredients to your success.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


Required:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision making will be required in this role
  • Ownership of the financials: P & L, Revenue Management, Overhead, etc.
  • Leadership and strong communication skills

Bonus Points:



  • Master's Degree, MBA or international equivalent
  • Worked in an ERP and/or Planning system? Great, we use SAP and Anaplan and would love someone with prior experience
  • Do you have a winning mindset? We need you to have the ability to drive performance and exceed business objectives
  • Prior people management experience
