We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.


The Go-to-Market team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving ads business runs smoothly with our largest Global Brand clients and agencies. Go-to-Market is instrumental in setting go-to-market product strategy and ensuring flawless operations against the strategy. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. Go-to-Market drives thought leadership and develops product solutions to solve our client's marketing challenges and drive long term revenue growth across video and brand measurement solutions.


As a Global Brand Solutions Lead, your knowledge of online media buying and planning, combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will shape how our brand revenue grows. You will collaborate with sales leadership and Global Product Leads to develop product strategies and partner on key business needs across DV360, with a particular focus on Display Media.


The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years of experience in advertising sales, brand management, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent strategy
  • Experience with ad tech and programmatic media
