We are seeking a hardworking & dynamic individual to fill the position of Service Business Analyst for the Global Service organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization. The purpose of this position is to handle data health and accuracy and developing financial, market and functional reports and solutions that help drive revenue growth and service productivity. This role will be critical to improve speed and quality of decision making and information quality to yield a lasting competitive advantage for Pall Service team.
Key responsibilities include:
Be the authoritative specialist providing detailed knowledge of existing systems for Service CRM (SAP, C4C, Service Max, SFDC) module data, structure and business operations.
Responsible for reporting and requirement creation / development for all systems used by the Service organization.
Interpret & analyze various business data to create meaningful data marts, dashboards & reporting both at a detailed and executive level
Collaborate with team members around the globe to research, scout, consolidate and install base data into a unified and coherent database. Handle, lead, and coordinate visibility requirements to ensure overall sales funnel growth for Service
Create cost model and pricing model and work with Technical Support, BU Product Managers, Service Managers and Marketing Managers to gather and analyze various data points to support pricing decisions for the service product portfolio
Develop daily management process including daily/weekly/monthly reporting, progress updates, quoting tools, and providing training, mentoring and end-user support for reporting tools
Execute service sales campaigns by providing and cleaning data from database to ensure data quality, campaign efficiency and effectiveness
Support Service Product Managers to design and execute market research (qualitative & quantitative), conduct analysis, elicit insights, and report results
Partner with Service Managers to supervise and report service indicators, including key bowler metrics and incentive compensation data gathering, calculation, reporting, and maintenance
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to streamline data sources and ensure data consistence in management reports
Collaborate with all partners to utilize DBS for ongoing process improvement.
Provide ad hoc reporting as needed to aid in problem solving and decision making
Required Skills
Strong Business Analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookup and macros
Recent graduate or early career with Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering is preferred
Background in creating reports for Customer Service CRM systems is preferred
Experience in data extraction, transformation and cleansing in Oracle/SAP environment is preferred
Experience working with databases (i.e. Access, SQL, etc.)
Experience in designing and producing quality reports and presentations
Sense of Urgency and have the drive/motivation to take action. Prioritize daily activities and resolve requires immediate attention
Analytical, critical problem solver that can see the bigger picture
Excellent cross-system, multi-functional troubleshooting skills
Superior multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, often deadline-oriented and dynamic environment
Any experience in commercially oriented service organization in a direct-to-customer business model
Ability to work remote
