KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:


Tech Associate


Provides basic support and problem resolution on installing, supporting, upgrading and maintaining hardware and software for clients.


Key Responsibilities and Duties



  • Assisting with application installation, usage, problem solving and troubleshooting.
  • Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining software applications to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Training end-users and providing input to development on user experiences.
  • Providing technical support and assistance to sales and marketing.

The Engineering Track is focused in a variety of areas including Mobile, Web, Cloud, and Operations.


Individuals in this track can look forward to exciting and diverse roles where you can design, build and test various software technologies and applications programs which align with TIAA needs support capture & distribution, processing, quality processes and problem resolution.


Your skills would further develop as you focus your talents in providing critical support in hardware, software, data or infrastructure components within a specific domain.


You would work as part of a project team, communicating progress, technical issue reporting, resolution and possibly deployment to production of completed code.


REQUIRED SKILLS:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree


  • Graduation date between December 2020 and June 2021


  • Minimum Overall GPA of 3.0 or better


  • Technical skills (e.g. programming, networking, etc.) and the intellectual curiosity to learn and acquire more in-depth expertise

DESIRED SKILLS:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Cyber-Security, Engineering and/or Operations Management, and any other STEM


  • Internship experience is a plus


  • Leadership skills and a commitment to shared success (i.e. works well in teams)


  • Technical skills (AWS, Java, Angular, Networking, Mobile OS)


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Adapts and embraces change – especially in exciting and fast paced environments
