Overview:

The company is at a pivotal point in its development, growing rapidly, and plans to hire a Region Manager. This role will be responsible for bridging the gap between the HQ and Field teams, while managing multiple facilities in a specific region, developing the General Managers of those facilities, and ensuring those facilities are performing to or above plan. As of member of the Operations team the Region Manager will report directly to the Director of Field Operations. Specifically, this person will:
Responsibilities:
  • Support the local Operations team in their recruiting efforts to ensure that we have the proper staff to manage day-to-day operations
  • Coach and train goPuff the employees in your facilities to continue to improve day-to-day execution, while preparing them to take on new roles and responsibilities
  • Responsible for the execution of day-to-day operations in the facilities that you oversee
  • Track daily metrics to measure success and develop strategies to improve the experience that we deliver to our customers
  • Develop and oversee upward reporting to ensure management is connected to the field on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Serve as the liaison between department rollout, and local territory execution. For us to maintain our competitive advantage as a fast growing and nimble organization, you have to get buy-in and understanding from your teams.
Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience; leadership and management experience required of multi-location teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large onboarding programs to train and onboard high performing employees
  • Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field
  • Adept at analytical work and the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Able to balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time
