Leadership:


  • Build, manage, mentor and evolve a recruiting team
  • Reinforce team performance goals, metrics and timelines
  • Provide strategic leadership to drive alignment and consistency in the recruiting process
  • Effectively manage open requisitions and assigning to appropriate team members

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
  • Conducting interviews with job applicants and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Create improvements around the interview process and selection criteria in conjunction with HR and several business units.
  • Manage new clinic recruiting processes from kickoff to implementation.
  • Create scalable recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through varying means.
  • Analyze market data and identify sourcing possibilities while identifying barriers and solutions to the recruiting process.
  • Establish candidate qualifications by developing knowledge, skill, and screening questions for each position. Evaluate candidate strengths compared with job requirements by evaluating, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Extend employment offers with a thorough understanding of the terms and conditions of employment along with the ability to describe the salary and benefits of the position.
  • Stay current on all governmental regulations, mandates, and Everside policies on hiring practices.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals

Minimum Qualifications


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably with healthcare
  • Experience leading a recruiting team in a multifaceted, high demand environment
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably UltiPro)
