Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Cash Management Lead to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the restaurant industry!
The Cash Management Lead position is a temporary opportunity, with an in-office schedule.
Responsibilities:
• Using Trintech software for reconciliation of depository bank accounts on a period basis as well as identifying potential deposit differences
• Researching and resolving all differences to determine proper handling
• Making necessary journal entries in JDE for incident corrections.
• Pulling credit card payments from various websites and e-mails to calculate service charges and create daily journal entry in JDE.
• Initiating bank wire transfers and ACH’s from each depository account daily.
• Maintaining and reconciling a register of bank transactions necessary to record the applicable job entries.
• Uploading journal entries into JDE daily.
• Supervising reconciliation of all credit card collections and sales for Level 1 Merchant Corporation as well as receipt and handling of the accounting side of all credit card disputes from the restaurants, Guest Relations, and banks for all the concepts.
Qualifications:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively and professionally with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, often with inflexible deadlines. Must be able to prioritize requests and projects.
• Computer literate, strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Outstanding verbal and written skills
• Ability to look at issues objectively and without bias; ability to listen, understand and problem solve restaurant issues while working under pressure
• Must show flexibility and adaptability to changing business demands
• Experience within the retail industry, preferably in restaurants, in Cash Management required.
• Experience with Trintech/ReconNET software desired.
