- Additional Info: We are a Federally Qualified Health Center: We serve the uninsured and underinsured community of Sussex County DETAILS: -Assist PCPs in patient care relating to a patient panel of all ages -Willing to participate in our mobile van care program (options are flexible) -Flexible scheduling, designed to work around the provider's needs, in conjunction with patient demand. - May require an occasional Saturday for special events -Work alongside our Community Health Workers team who assist our patient population and provide transportation and health care. -Compassionate, willing to go the extra mile and provide unincumbered care -Service-oriented to both patients and staff: We believe in family and strive to provide a company culture that is centered around wellbeing QUALIFICATIONS: -Will consider new grads with prior RN experience in an outpatient/community health environment, treating the underserved - DE License - DEA License - Bilingual (SPAN-ENG) preferred but not required
