We invite everyone to share our journey and are proudly an equal opportunity employer Experiences and Background We Look For If this sounds like your calling, then we want to help you succeed, grow, and thrive at SummitStone • Location: Fort Collins, Colorado • Status: Full-time, Salaried What You Will Do: In collaboration with the clinical leadership team within acute services this position will ensure that clinical service lines are operating effectively, and that crisis response rendered is meeting client needs. Assists in providing clinical leadership, planning and executing training (new hires, medical record system training, etc.) implementing reporting changes, providing clinical supervision, problem solving among team members, and completing quality control of mobile response. Completes a variety of administrative tasks such as timecard and PTO approval, disciplinary actions as needed, and managing schedules. This position includes occasionally acting as Administrator on Call for the 24 hour programs, which requires availability to respond to phone calls from staff and occasionally responding to the Crisis Center. SummitStone provides compensation for on call duties Masters with license in psychology, social work or counseling. Experience in crisis intervention. Experience in a supervisor/leadership role. Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to follow through. Ability to collaborate effectively with law enforcement as well as mental health, medical, and social service community agencies. Ability to pass both SummitStone and law enforcement background checks Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities Required: • LAC and Mental Health licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in good standing in Colorado • 1-3 years of relevant experience in the SUD field • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in the SUD field • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field from accredited behavioral health college or university • Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities Preferred: Bilingual and Bi-cultural.
