MDS Coordinator RN/LPN $15,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus Laramie, WY MDS COORDINATOR - Cottonwood Care Center, Laramie Wyoming FUNCTION: Overall coordination of the facility Medicare Program, Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS) and care planning processes QUALIFICATIONS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required Minimum Qualifications: • A licensed registered nurse with health care experience in an acute or long-term care setting preferred • The MDS/Medicare Coordinator activities may be carried out by an LPN/LVN under the direction/supervision of an RN • Current unrestricted state license to practice as a nurse • Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired $15,000 Hiring & Retention Bonus *Employment requirements must be met for pay out • Pay Rate - RN - $33.00 - $41.80 Hr.
