Compliance Administrator - located in Grove City
- Somebody that has done compliance before is helpful
- Being able to track and knowing what is due, when it’s due, how to account for that and tracking in an efficient manner
- Need somebody that is used to doing these things
- Likens it to ‘reconciliations’
- No micromanaging
- Taking the initiative and working with the other person (not COMPLETELY alone) – too much work for that one person
- Compliance as more of a way of thinking
- Technical skills
  - Excel – not inside and out, but plenty of use
  - Software
  - Record keeping software is not very efficient currently (MMS)
    - Entering financial data, checking boxes, and reports are spit out
- The local Aeries help raise money for charities
- HERE, they keep the data on all the Aeries – secretary is the business manager of their own entity
- Position was originally intended to be a financial analyst to predict revenue trends. It’s become more of a self starter and someone who is persistent, will be mundane and monotonous at some point.
- Experience is more important than education – especially with the remedial tasks
- Best for a short amount of time than corporate driftwood for a long time
  - There’s not a lot of job movement in the organization – however, it IS possible if you have the job skillset for an opening that exists
- 40 employees service 750,000 members
3 501c3 charities under umbrella as well
Mostly when using recruiting firms it’s for accountants. Have gone TTH but in accounting, generally perm
Currently paying $50k to 55k
VERY good benefits
- 401k – 5% automatically, 66% of 6% on top of that
- Holidays – 13
- 15 days PTO first year, 20 days second year
- Hybrid at home up to 3 days per week after 6 months of training
