Shift: Days/ 7a-7p, 12x4, 48 hrs per week, EOW, No On-Call

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• SD RN License
  
• 2 years ICU experience excluding travel experience most preferred
• IV medications (vasopressors, sedation, paralytics), hemodynamic lines,
  proning, ventilator management, telemetry experience
  
• Epic experience
  
• TNCC
  
• NIHSS
• ACLS
• BLS
• Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing
  
• CABG/TAVR – 24 to 48 hrs post op experience preferred
• Impella, IABP and CRRT strongly preferred
• Cardiac experience preferred
• Epic, Alaris, Omnicell charting system
  

Others:

• 2023-24 Flu Documentation
  
• Must live 100 miles away from any Monument Health facility
  
• Patient Ratios: RN: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 (rare) – acuity dependent
• Could float to any adult floor – including Medsurg/Tele with 1:4 ratio
  
• No 1st time travelers
