75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS 2 years’ experience in large OR department. Ortho, EENT, and/or neurovascular experience a plus.BLS required. PALS and ACLS preferred. BLS (ACLS, and PALS if obtained) -AHA
