Records Processing Specialist

Well Known company in Portsmouth, NH is seeking a Records Processing Specialist to join their team! Are you someone who is well organized and enjoys working in a fast paced environment? Duties include:

• Scan original documents into the central filing system, Synergy. These documents include but are not limited to CUDL loans, membership applications, and Personal loans. Scan other member files that need to be in Synergy so that all documents can be accessed by employees.
• Ensure proper/accurate recording, documentation, and imaging for member information.
• Perform ad hoc scanning projects for departments.

• Assist with identified critical processes requiring auditing such as membership applications, ensuring all documents are properly scanned and uploaded in Synergy for internal departments to view, as well as update any information that is found to be incorrect.
• Ensure all paperwork is correct before imaging/filing into Synergy and member files.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Organized and the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize, Self-motivated.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service.

Pay: $16-17/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM fully onsite
