What we need:

We are adding an IT End-User Support Engineer (Intune & SCCM) to our team in Muscatine, Iowa! This is a hybrid-position that will require regular onsite presence (three days a week) at our offices in Muscatine, IA.

In this position, you will administer and support M365, Azure, Teams, and Exchange policies while maintaining a highly secure system through proper configuration and system access monitoring. You will work with other team members, vendors, and business partners to ensure the overall health, stability and accessibility of our MS cloud environment.

What you'll do:

  • Build, maintain, administer, document, and ensure the health of all Microsoft CloudServices in our environment. Support and coordinate resolution of MS cloud-based system issues between the assigned application support personnel and the Information Technology department.
  • Provide L2/3 support to our end user population
  • Package and deploy applications and OS updates/patches to meet business needs
  • Understand industry changes; recommend and implement industry best practices
  • Create support documentation and provide training to lower tiers of support in order to provide more cost-effective troubleshooting and administration services
  • Other duties may be assigned
What you have:
  • Bachelor or Associates Degree in an Information Technology program
  • One or more of the following certifications preferred
    • M365 or MS-Azure
  • 5+ years experience preferred, to include:
    • Windows OS support and M365 Suite support
    • Various device types - desktops, laptops, tablets, etc.
  • 3+ years in O365 management, development and/or design
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting, O365 security, MS tenant structures and networking cloud services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Intune and SCCM software administration/packaging/deployment
  • Experience in enterprise administration is highly desirable
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure technologies and products, including Azure SQL, Azure Cloud Data Warehouse, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Linux, iOS, and Android preferred

  • Strong technical understanding/experience with solutions design, deployment and migration
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems
  • Communication skills to clearly and effectively collaborate with team members and end users
