Rogers Behavioral Health is looking to grow its team of Nurses at the West Allis Inpatient Hospital, working on the Mental Health Recovery Adult Unit At Rogers, our patients are our number one priority, and our nurses are key to our success. A variety of 12-hour shifts available (3 shifts per week- a total of 36 hours). Rotating weekends and Holidays are required PM Shift (2nd shift): 1:00pm-1:30am Night Shift (3rd shift) 7:00pm-7:00am Job Duties: • Implement patient care • Assess patients both physically and mentally • Collaborate with Psychiatrist, Therapist, Dietitians, and other members of our clinical team to develop appropriate plans of care • Communicate with patients and their families • Administer medication Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, etc.) for positions of 20 hours or more per week • 401k with matching contribution that is fully vested from day 1 • Annual bonuses based on company and individual performance • Tuition discount with partnering schools • Referral Bonus Program for Rogers Team Members • 12 free coaching or therapy sessions (for you and your dependents) per person, per year • Childcare reimbursement available Requirements: • Wisconsin RN License • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen
