Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant:

• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Invoicing teams.
• Account research
• Recording deposits
• Account reconciliations
• Administrative and clerical tasks
• Journal entries
• Ad-hoc work and projects

Preferred Skills for the Accounting Assistant:

• Previous hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Strong MS Office Skills
• Someone who is eager to learn with a can-do attitude
• The Accounting Assistant is a self-starter, not afraid to tackle what needs to be done.
