A banking and credit card company located in LA and Las Vegas is URGENLTY looking for several Banking CS Reps to assist in an important project. This role is FULLY remote, temporary until the end of the year, but must be local to one of the offices.

Qualified candidates MUST have:
- Internet and work from home work space
- SharePoint experience preferred
- G-suite is a MUST
- Banking or financial services experience is a MUST
- Working with chargebacks, credit card disputes, and denials/approvals
- Able to look at data and determine troubleshooting issues
- Coachable and trainable
- Work in past paced direction and not being micro-managed
- Excellent communication and written skills
