PT Prep Cook $18/hr plus service charge

Coperta, an Italian restaurant, is hiring a PART TIME Prep Cook

Coperta is Denver's premier southern Italian dining experience celebrating the food and wine of Rome and southern Italy

Potential candidates should have at least 2 years prep experience. This is a self autonomous position and ideal candidates will mainly work on their own and need to watch the clock and prep accordingly

This is an opportunity to work alongside acclaimed chefs Paul C Reilly and Kenny Minton, two of Colorado's premier chefs in the good food movement.


Job duties include but are not limited to:

-setting up and prepping a station

-porter duties including putting away orders

-multitasking

-poultry, beef, squid, and pork fabrication

-pasta production

-bulk prep production

-assisting with family meal

-time management

-sauce making

-condensing and writing prep lists

-deep cleaning and closing a station


POSITION LOGISTICS

*2 days per week, Monday and Tuesday, approximately 9am-6pm 16-18 hours per week .



COMPENSATION

-$18/hr plus 4% service charge to BOH employees divided by hours worked

-Weekly paychecks


-10 days paid time off per year (accrued by hours worked)
