Lead associate responsible for decision-making and proactive action as it relates to daily client communication related to trade processing.
Ensure available cash for Fed Wires, developing relationships and working with custodian bank as needed.
Ensure 100% accuracy of new account applications, transactions, cash movements (i.e. wires) and statements.
Ensure daily cash reconciliations are accurate and timely, and manage the aging of reconciliation items.
Provide guidance to ensure all departments’ daily/back-up processes are completed by required deadlines.
Ensure timely and accurate sales and management reporting.
Consistently comply with all regulatory/compliance rules
May be lead associate on any/all technical requests/training using Excel and SQL programming.
Primary associate to manage database testing, conversions, and online processing.
Prevent and resolve any/all client operational issues quickly
May serve as a back-up on inbound client calls.
Serves as the back-up to the Supervisor.
