Shift: Variable Days, 6:30a-3p/8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri
Length:13 weeks

Every 3rd weekend on-call, and a total of 10-13 days on-call per month

Requirements:

• KY license
• 1-2 Years’ Experience
• BLS
