Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster** Benefits! - A comprehensive insurance package through Avera Health Plans - Competitive paid time off accrual (up to 40 hours front-loaded for eligible candidates) - Generous 403b retirement match program (up to 5-percent!) - Employee Assistance Program (EAP); 3-complimentary consultations annually with a licensed counselor Long Term Relationships • Form meaningful relationships with residents and their families/support systems Mission • Live the Avera mission through your daily work Job Summary Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates patient care in the skilled nursing facility while working with a team of care providers to ensure quality care, while providing a safe and dignified environment EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration and Experience • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure is required • Previous experience in Long Term Care is helpful Work Schedule • Hours: - Primarily 12 hours shifts - 7:00am-7:30pm or 7:00pm-7:30am - Varied Shifts; Every 3rd weekend - Assesses, plans, coordinates and evaluates resident care in the beautiful nursing facility at Avera Prince of Peace. Working with a team of care providers to ensure quality care, while providing a safe, dignified and loving home environment Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience • $30.50 - $45.25 per hour What Makes Avera Special?
