Summary

The Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Department and collaborates with other members of the health care team. Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all department staff members. Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse assumes house supervision duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Education / Licensure / Certifications
• Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida
• BSN preferred
• BLS/CPR certification (American Heart or equivalent)
• ACLS certification (American Heart or equivalent)
• Successful completion of Basic EKG course
• Certifications specific to areas of expertise
