Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Hospice

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 26 weeks

Must be available from 1 Monday – Sunday then off the opposite week.

Requirements:

• VT License
• 3 years prior community hospice experience
• BLS required

• Hospice/End of Life-Complex symptom management and education
• Symptom assessment and management with high level of critical thinking skills
• Comfort initiating and participating in goals of care discussions and planning with patients, family, and team
• Medication management and administration (IV, Subcutaneous, oral, sublingual, rectal, and other routes.
• COVID19 Vaccination required, with limited exemptions (medical/religious). Any non-vaccinated traveler will be required to have a COVID-19 nasal swab test weekly.
