Target Requirements Analyst

Position Summary

Odyssey is recruiting for an amazingly talented Targets Requirements Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to ​support MDA Targets and Countermeasures Engineering Directorate providing assistance for interpretation of threat systems analysis products and translation into executable performance requirements for MDA Targets and Countermeasures systems. This is a full timleme position in Huntsville AL.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Reviewing and understanding intelligence data and MDA Threat Systems Engineering interpretations to develop Target and Countermeasure system requirements and ensure MDA/TC developed systems properly meet threat requirements

• Negotiating with MDA Technical Intelligence and MDA Weapon System representatives to determine appropriate performance requirements for MDA Target and Countermeasure systems

• Providing summary level and detailed level reports as necessary to document status, findings, and recommendations

• Represent the interests of the customer in Working Groups, meetings with other government agencies, and Technical Interchange Meetings

• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 3+ year's of experience

• Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and have the individual flexibility to work multiple actions simultaneously and resolve time sensitive issues

• Must have excellent, established computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and Project

• Must be a pro-active, self-starter

• Strong communication skills to include oral, written and briefing

Preferred Qualifications:

• MDA Experience or other DoD Program
