Our company is looking for an Accounting Clerk to assist our accounts payable and receivable with various bookkeeping activities. The Accounting Clerk will perform data entry and job costing as well as maintaining files and preparing various reports. In addition, the accounting clerk must have experience using NetSuite and is responsible for the following criteria:
Accounting Clerk Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enters data into computer, such as customer and vendor information, invoices, credit memos into NetSuite.
Receives vendor invoices, matches to purchase orders, and prepares and mails payments.
Reaches out to multi state vendors for missing invoices from statements, discrepancies and anomalies related to AP invoices.
Receives purchase orders in NetSuite for Parts invoices to Service Department and updates the Sales Order for billing(s).
Prepares various reports, such as weekly AP aging for weekly check runs, vendor history and special requests as needed.
Performs research to reconcile and create monthly reports for gas/fuel, phone/data usage, rentals.
Performs monthly reconciliation of company credit card charges, reaches to various departments for outstanding receipts.
Maintains W-9, vendor contractor licenses and updating NetSuite data as needed.
Creates supply orders for office staff, monthly supply check and orders as needed based on supply shortages.
Processes and can handle multiple tasks at once while prioritizing daily duties.
Maintains AP email for ALL incoming invoices for LMS/LTSA companies.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
Monday through Friday
Overtime may be available
Work is performed in office. This is not a remote position.
Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematic calculations which would normally be acquired through secondary education or through equivalent experience. Courses relating to accounting and bookkeeping beneficial. A knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, billing, office procedures and billing, as would be acquired through up to three years of related experience. Working knowledge of and experience using NetSuite is required.
