Industrial Technician

Manpower Engineering is looking for Maintenance Technicians for our automotive manufacturing client in Bardstown, KY. Direct/perm hire positions. Openings on 2nd shift (3-11:30).

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Lebanon, KY

Summary of what you’d be doing:

• Support maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform
• Perform predictive and preventive maintenance in conjunction with production management to ensure operability of all plant production equipment and facilities
• Perform light building maintenance
• Oversee machines in sewing area, assembly area and injection molding area
• Machine uptime/downtime management
• Support Kaizen and other related activities

• AS Degree in Industrial Maintenance is a “nice to have” but can-do attitude more important. High School diploma or GED required
• 2-5 years’ experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and fabrication. Fanuc robotics experience is a plus
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
