Role: Senior IVR Technical Architect

Location- Las Vegas, NV Remote, USA

Experience: 12-15 years

Job Description:

• Accountable for the end state solution architecture and design including:
• The use of Nuance standard methodology recommendations
• A solutions design which minimizes the overall cost of ownership (COO) to client
• Facilitates technology workshops with Customer to identify architectural implementation options related to the future state IVR platform
• Accountable to make sure solution and design follows Customer standards.
• Will ensure the program follows the Nuance standard processes. The whole package or platform is now called as Microsoft DCP

Experience Requirement:

• Hands On Experience in Nuance and IVR development and implementations
• Hands-on experience in complex segment configuration
• Understanding of PIs and deployment processes.
• Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a multitasking environment. Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for is between $140,000 and $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
