The Holiday Inn Cincinnati Riverfront is seeking a talented and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our team!
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including managing the restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities in both the back and front of the house. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
You will collaborate closely with the culinary team to develop,implement, and execute menus that reflect our commitment to fresh, locally sourced ingredients. As a key member of our management team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including front of house and back of house execution at Holiday Inn Cincinnati Riverfront.
  • You shall develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability in the food and beverage department.
  • We expect you to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering excellent service and quality products.
  • You will be in charge of recruiting, training, and supervising a team of food and beverage and kitchen staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • You shall manage inventory and control costs by closely monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and implementing efficient ordering processes.
  • We expect you to collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, functions, and special promotions, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards, and ensuring that all staff members adhere to these guidelines.
  • You shall analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements
  • You should have a strong background in food and beverage management, with at least 5 years of experience combined front of house and kitchen.
  • We expect you to demonstrate excellent leadership skills, being able to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • You must have a thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
  • Your communication skills should be exceptional, allowing you to effectively interact with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • We require you to possess strong organizational abilities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
  • You should be skilled in analyzing financial data and developing budgets, as well as monitoring expenses and maximizing profitability.
  • It is essential that you have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • We are looking for someone who can consistently deliver high-quality customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
