Junior Lean Coach

Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of VSM's
• Train team members in Lean principles and tools
• Coach proper use of principles and tools
• Facilitate/Coach Rapid Continuous Improvement events (Kaizen blitz)
• Training and Awareness Builder
• Help organize process excellence community events to share best practice across
  the business.
• Help manage the process excellence training infrastructure, including presentation
  materials.
• Assess an organizations ability to change, build an implementation roadmap to
  scale Agile to the enterprise level, and then use Agile methods to effectively
  transform the organization and provide ongoing coaching to the teams.
• Work independently or in a team setting to evangelize agile best practices across
  the organization.
• Provide role-based Scaled Agile Framework training for executives (business and
  technology), Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTE), and
  system teams.
  
  

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Business/Administration, Operations Management, Technical, Manufacturing, Education, Management

1. Lean 6-Sigma concepts & methodology (DMAIC, SPC)
2. Data Analysis
3. Statistical process control
4. Lean Management
5. Kaizen
