Job Summary

Effectv is seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Specialist to join our Sales Development Team. The Account Specialist manages the execution of pre-sale activity and partners on post-sale activity to provide efficient and effective solutions for the client. The Account Specialist operates like a project manager, following the lead of the Sales Development Strategists and AEs to help pull assets, materials and data to drive client business.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Follows the lead of Account Executives and Sales Development Strategists by addressing basic requests i.e. pulling assets, materials, and data to drive client business.
  • Supports Account Executives and/or Sales Development Strategists to find and answer requests related to off-the-shelf/turnkey items to build proposals/collateral (for example, update client logos on existing collateral, or sharing links to existing presentations).
  • Assists the short-term post-sale process to help collect assets from client and coordinate/support execution with Centers of Excellence as needed, i.e. Commercial Creative, Promotions Marketing (trafficking turnkey co-branded commercials), Data Insights & Innovation, etc.
  • Works with Local Account Executives to help setup post campaign attribution tools using internal and external systems, i.e. evaluating website traffic.
  • Utilizes post-campaign reporting data and insights to help create Customer Care Reports (in concert with Campaign Managers and other Centers of Excellence), Attribution Insights, and Quarterly Business Reviews at the direction of the Sales Development Strategist.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Role will be a hybrid-based position allowing you to work virtually and periodically report into the work office.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
