Connecting the world requires unique approaches to building and deploying telecom network infrastructure. As a Network Investments Manager for Systems, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our internal tools and systems, contributing to the advancement of our telecom OSS/BSS systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and management of new tools and features that support the build-out and scaling of our network infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Systems Manager / Systems Owner to lead the building and management of our internal tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of telecom/network infrastructure technologies, OSS/BSS tools, and a proven track record of successfully managing the entire product and tool lifecycle from conceptualization to execution. This role requires a strong combination of effective collaboration across XFNs, continuous execution, and ability to drive projects from inception to completion.

Network Investments Manager - Systems Responsibilities:
  • Systems Strategy and Roadmapping: Understand, define, and drive the systems strategy, vision, and roadmap for internal tools and the associated features. Collaborate with Business Owners and Engineering Owners to align product priorities with business goals.
  • Extreme Focus on Execution: Lead the end-to-end product development process, including requirement gathering, design, development, UAT, and deployment of all new systems and features. Drive the creation of high-quality features that meet user needs and exceed expectations.
  • Telecom Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of wireline telecom technologies (L1-L3 including IP and Optical), expertise in building OSS/BSS systems, their architecture, and their role in ensuring efficient operations. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • XFN Collaboration: Work closely with planning, IP, Optical, Engineering, and Operations to ensure seamless and timely execution of the product roadmap. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Project Management through SDLC: Strong understanding and experience following SDLC to ensure timely delivery of features. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. Domestic and International travel is required.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Systems Owner with understanding of telecom OSS/BSS tools.
  • 3+ years of experience designing analytics products, solving problems using data and providing business insights.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex tools/systems from conception to launch.
  • Effective communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with translating technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with the experience to analyze metrics and make data-backed decisions.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing internal products/tools, preferably within the telecom industry.
  • Product Leadership: Demonstrated experience to inspire and guide teams to achieve product excellence and drive innovation.
  • Technical Prowess: Background in computer science, engineering, network infrastructure technologies, along with a strong aptitude for understanding complex technical systems. Proficiency in telecom technologies, OSS/BSS tools and associated architectures.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven experience to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into innovative and user-friendly product solutions.
  • MBA or Advanced Degree: Possession of an MBA or Master's in a relevant field
