Must be highly trainable, dependable and efficient Role Summary This person will assemble all types of EIT positioners and other products as needed to fulfill both internal and external customer’s orders Work shift: Monday to Friday from 3:15 pm to 1:45 am Responsibilities • Utilizes hand and power tools to assemble sump and gear pumps per standards and procedures • Read assembly prints and directions, and pick parts to complete assembly • Adheres to all safety guidelines and enhance the safety culture • Cuts and thread large pipes • Manufactures rubber and steel braided hoses • With appropriate tooling, measures critical dimensions to verify quality standards are being met • Maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area Requirements • High School diploma or GED or 1+ years of experience in aasembly • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Must be able to use various types of precision measuring tools • Must have effective reading and listening skills in English with ability to clearly report and explain information to others • Ability to stand for long periods of time, frequently lift up to 25 lbs • Have a full range of hand and upper-body motion and strength to work with tools and parts Preferred Skills/Experiences • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings • Basic computer aptitude to learn data entry systems, and to use Microsoft Word and Outlook Req ID : R-7659 Job Family Group : Operations Job Family : OP Repetitive Assembly EOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
