Security Dispatcher

The Security Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining dispatch logs, keep accurate record of guest requests, accidents, incidents, response time and safety concerns. Dispatcher will also direct officers to locations needing assistance and field all emergency calls for the resort.

Additional responsibilities are as follows:

• 
  - Accurately maintain the Daily Activity Report
  - Coordinate all emergency dispatching, one-site and through municipal services
  - Monitor the Fire Alarm System
  - Monitor incoming calls
  - Control and document the issuance of keys and radios
  - Control entry and exit of the resort service entrance
  - Monitors the CCTV cameras
  • 
    - Security cameras play a critical role in detecting risk or events that can lead to property loss or injury. A consistent and intentional effort must be made to monitor cameras. Report any broken or maintenance required cameras to Security leadership
  
  - Logging in and out Visitors of the property
  - Logging in and out guest/associate packages
  - Proper execution of the lost and found program.
  - Pass-on all information to oncoming Dispatch Officer.
