General Summary of Position Unit Highlights Nurses on Unit 2F – Stroke Medical-Surgery are skilled in delivering quality and compassionate care to high-acuity medical surgical patients. Our team is also specialized in caring the stroke and neuro-surgical patients. Nurses on the unit are also uniquely trained to care for ventilated patients This 30 bed unit is a great place to become NIH Stroke Scale Certified (NIHSS) and grow professionally. The staff and nurses on 2F are highly skilled, motivated, and committed to excellence We strive to provide safe, quality care by maintaining a patient-centered approach and leveraging multi-disciplinary collaboration. Come join our team where we pride ourselves on teamwork, fun, and professional development! *Various scheduling options available* Key Responsibilities As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex.
