Responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and executing all functions associated with the completion of an assigned project in order to process customer orders into a finished product.

1. Assist the Estimating Department as needed
2. Maintain familiarity with Purchase Order and Project specifications while comparing to the AGIPPS quotes, estimator quotes, and submitting to the CFO to review the terms and conditions of the PO.
3. Coordinate a kickoff meeting (PO review) with client as needed to review specifications/drawings, outline QAQC procedures, and review the project schedule
4. Initiate the project by compiling/completing the preliminary documentation/spreadsheets, coordinating with the appropriate departments to communicate necessary information internally, etc. in order to start the project.
5. Submit drawings and documentation to the customer for review and receive/discuss concerns as necessary while revising documents if appropriate and communicating revisions internally as necessary
6. Initiate Purchase Orders (PO) for components and materials after drawings/data sheets are accepted and verify the vendor delivery commitments in comparison to project schedules while expediting vendor orders as necessary
7. Begin the building process by initiating a fabrication kickoff meeting to review the scope of supply, compare actual versus preliminary fabrication/production schedules, while coordinate with subcontractors as necessary and reviewing schedules with customers
8. Monitor progress of projects and VDRs by coordinating with customers regarding changes/concerns, providing updates as necessary, coordinating with the appropriate internal staff on project issues and resolutions, and completing reports as necessary.
9. Complete final stages of project by coordinating FAT Testing (Functional Acceptance), ensuring the Drafting department completes as built dimensional drawings, comparing the final BOM to supplied product, approving project data books and project billing/invoicing, and confirming shipping documentation is completed properly
10. Continually address additional paperwork related to the project and ensure appropriate documentation is in place throughout the duration of the project
11. Perform additional duties as assigned by the appropriate personnel

1.1 Education:

• Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree can be substituted with 4 years of related experience

1.2 Licenses/Certificates:

• Valid Driver's License

1.3 Experience:

• 2 - 4 years related experience demonstrating project management capabilities and experience with project management software

1.4 Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing as well as read and understand drawings
• Exhibits good organizational skills with keen attention to detail and an ability to multi-task and
• Mechanical aptitude
• Exhibits problem solving abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
