ADP is hiring a Benefits Specialist III. The Benefits Specialist partners with ADP Comprehensive Outsourcing Services (COS) team and any third-party vendors to facilitate completion of the day to day benefits and absence management processing tasks. This includes reviewing and analyzing ADP and vendor documents and reports, researching issues, responding to escalations, and providing recommendations for resolution/correction related to benefits processing activities and outputs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist Benefits leadership in data collection, preparation and development of policies and procedures as required.
  • Partners with Compensation and Benefits Center of Excellence in data collection, preparation and development of policies and procedures, as required.
  • Primary point of contact to ADP to ensure that processes and policies are executed accurately and efficiently.
  • Review, file and maintain vendor benefits reports.
  • Assist with auditing vendor benefits reports, as needed.
  • Maintain and update client plan documents or policy documentation as directed by Benefits Center of Excellence
  • Manage escalations to resolution, requests for exception processing.
  • Assists with benefits vendor administration and account management activities, as required.
  • Monitors internal controls to verify that input and processing of all benefits data and other miscellaneous wage/benefit programs, calculations, and deductions meet expectations, in conjunction with best practices .
  • Reconciles per pay deductions and enrollments/ terminations.
  • Creates and reviews audit and management reports at the appropriate time in accordance with the production schedule.
  • Participates in ADP/company meetings for the development and ongoing administration of benefits, provides documentation on issues and works collaboratively with ADP, third-party vendors and internal company divisions toward timely resolution.
  • Researches, investigates and reports all problems, corrections, and changes related to benefits to ADP; responds to related inquiries and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Participates in making updates to Benefits Standard Operating Procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years employee benefits experience
  • Experience managing benefits processing functions or vendors performing these functions
  • Experience in using HR Information Systems (HRIS) for both data storage and analysis


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • GBA preferred
  • Preferred experience with EV5 HR or PeopleSoft would be acceptable
  • In-depth knowledge of benefit policies, practices and applicable laws
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Well-developed administrative skills
