ADP is hiring an Client Trainer - MasterTax. In this position, you will train and install MasterTax systems to assigned new clients and convert/install additional features or products to existing clients. The Client Trainer coordinates training of client personnel on MasterTax products to ensure effective and proper product use, and provides follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Client Trainer also provides technical support and training to less experienced Client Trainer and Sales Interns regarding product features and installation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conducts a thorough analysis of client Payroll Tax needs to determine appropriate product needs and service requirements. Coordinates regional technical support for the resolution of critical issues as they arise. May support the installation of client site software used to communicate changes and pay data to ADP. Determines the appropriate method and conversion of data files. Analyzes client specifications ensuring the accurate mapping and standardization of data.
  • Coordinates the scheduling of clients for product training delivered on site or remotely. May conduct training either at the client site or in-house as required. Involves travel to client locations. May build clients company control information on ADP's products to accommodate unique client requirements and to establish specific calculations, scheduled events, descriptions or routines.
  • Establishes and monitors the client implementation schedule to ensure that the installation meets targeted completion dates. Performs pre-installation testing, as needed, on unusual or complex features.
  • Documents all client visits in CRM tool and coordinates follow up as necessary with Sales and various internal departments.
  • Supports the initial periodic input and transmission and provides technical support and on-the-job training to less experienced Client Trainer and Sales Interns regarding product installation and operation.
  • Communicates new product features and system enhancements to existing clients to develop an interest and potential additional business sale. Maintains and updates laptop with appropriate systems.
  • Enhances product knowledge and installation proficiencies on all new product rollouts, as well as existing products.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

This role is heavily focused on client training.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a client service or implementation environment.
  • Virtual/homeshore candidates MUST possess strong MasterTax product knowledge in order to be considered for this role.


Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Strong MasterTax product knowledge
  • Prior payroll and/or tax experience preferred.
  • CPP and prior training experience preferred.
  • Ability to train and educate clients both in person and virtually.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively analyze client needs and deliver appropriate training.
  • Ability to build effective professional relationships.
  • Ability to travel as needed to remote locations.
