Operating within the Company’s core values and operating principles of the organization, the Manager, Direct to Consumer Case Management, is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the activities of our life insurance case management team, focusing on delivering valuable services that help AAA Life Insurance Company increase revenue and deliver on key business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the case support team to ensure customer promises, key performance indicators and business commitments are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, processes, and practices, both internally and externally, and establish new ones as needed.
- Generate reports and analyze data to track outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve case management processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members and other partners including agents, sales managers, and other subject matter authorities to strategize process improvements, influence solutions and implement decisions that deliver on goals.
- Identify potential problems and points of friction and work collaboratively to find solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Perform all people management responsibility from hiring, ensuring employee success throughout entire tenure to drive results, and execute on team commitments which will help us achieve our business and user goals.
- Stay informed about industry standard processes and innovations.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience with individual Life and Health insurance in case management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading impactful teams, driving results with a direct correlation to corporate strategy, with autonomy and initiative.
- Ability to deal positively with ambiguity in a fast paced business environment.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
