Position: Quality Improvement Coordinator
Location: Tennessee
Job Purpose: Your role will be to connect with healthcare providers and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives. You will work closely with provider offices and internal partners to address performance barriers, share best practices, and ensure quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Work with providers to educate them on healthcare quality measures and documentation guidelines
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to providers for quality improvement
- Collaborate with different teams to enhance provider performance in clinical and member experience measures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers across different product lines
- Reach out to members via phone to encourage regular visits to healthcare providers
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience (Associate's degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical and member experience quality
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred licensure: Pharmacy Technician, Medical Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Social Work
