Terran Orbital Corporation is seeking a motivated, experienced, and highly organized Supplier Onboarding Administrator to develop, manage, update, and maintain a supplier on-boarding process. Terran is a leading worldwide provider of nanosatellite and microsatellite vehicles, services, and solutions to Commercial and Government customers. As a Supplier Onboarding Administrator, the candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, managers, and other stakeholders to update and maintain our supplier base and prepare supplier status.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect and catalogue paperwork as needed to onboard new suppliers.
  • Monitor, maintain, update, and coordinate supplier documents and information.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain and update pertinent supplier information.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Planning, Production, and Engineering team to determine current and future supplier needs.
  • Develop and maintain records in accordance with established policies and procedures and audit guidelines.
  • Update and maintain Approved Supplier List.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in organizing and maintaining data and information
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and generate solutions
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and have strong organizational skills to meet strict deadlines

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with legal forms and documents such as: NDAs, general Terms and Conditions, and FAR/DFARs requirements
  • Understanding of working within ITAR/EAR regulated facilities
  • Ability to perform complex tasks, as well as analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information
  • Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments
  • Ability to thrive as a ‘one person team’
  • Incredible energy and passion with a resourceful attitude
  • Per the requirement of certain Terran Orbital facilities, you must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI Security Clearance and all special accesses required to work at such facilities.

Salary Range $70,000 - $75,000

Your actual level and base salary will be determined case-by-case and may vary based on the job-related qualification, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Physical Demands

An employee must meet the physical demands described to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. In performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to sit or stand for long durations of time, in addition to bending, reaching, and walking. The job operates in a professional office environment but in a manufacturing company. This job routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and scanners.
