Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Specialty Biller for our Client Service team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure professional customer service and support to field operations for specialty billing related duties.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

  • Responsible for billing processes for all assigned clients.
  • Assist and work closely with the field and/or client on billing related duties, as needed.
  • Keep all work instructions/notes current and updated on a weekly basis.
  • Meet all deadlines related to completion of the billing process.
  • Research and identify data inconsistencies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized reconciliations.
  • Act as a liaison between the field and corporate office to resolve issues.
  • Maintain communication to the field on any billing related items for assigned clients.
  • Ensure emails are monitored throughout the day and responded to promptly.
  • Prepare diagnostics for any non-PDF billing and ensure it matches our PeopleSoft system for all invoicing sent to customers.
