As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you will be responsible for entering invoices, processing checks, general ledger posting, reconciling accounts, and other accounts payable functions. You will utilize Deltek Vantagepoint accounting software, previous experience would be helpful. This position will require knowledge of spreadsheets and ability to communicate well with Olsson teams and clients.

You bring to the team:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to contribute and work well on a team
• Previous accounting experience helpful
• Associate Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related area preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite products
• Highly organized and detail oriented
