LMCU is currently looking for Call Center Specialists to join our team. You’ll be supported by our Call Center Managers, Team Leaders and Trainers to use your skills to assist members and potential members with their telephone requests. What You’ll Do:
- Assist members and potential members with their telephone requests
- Answer questions about products and services and resolves problems
- Respond and send emails to members
- Direct members to appropriate resources
- Assure that appropriate records are maintained
- Utilize computer systems and core banking software to effectively maintains member account information
- Make connections and build meaningful relationships with members
- Identify opportunities for products and services to help meet financial needs
