Duties:
This person will perform a variety of duties and handle many tasks, and other duties that may arise. The ideal person will:
1. Answer the phone, take messages, and disperse to the proper person.
2. Forward calls or important messages
3. Maintain and organize files
4. Perform spot-checks of the groups in the community to ensure staff works according to their daily schedule. (use own vehicle, mileage reimbursement)
5. Fill out paperwork
6. Send packets to clients
7. Create flyers/brochures, good at artwork
8. Maintain binders and files with updated paperwork
9. Make sure staff submitted paperwork is correct
10. Assist case manager with needed tasks
11. Fill in for absent staff picking up clients in their own vehicle. When filling in you must be able to work 6 hours. (mileage reimbursement and 100/300 car insurance required
12. Must be willing to have flexible hours
13. Review daily schedules for goal-reaching tasks
14. Will perform a variety of duties and must be prepared to handle many tasks at once.
15. Taking notes at meetings.

17. Inform of supplies needed to be ordered
18. Make recommendations to management concerning such issues as procedural changes.
19. Develop or update office procedures, policies, or standards.
20. Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel or with other work units or departments.
21. Coordinate activities with other supervisory personnel or with other work units or departments.
22. Getting Information.
23. Making Decisions and Solving Problems.
24. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates: Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities. Provide information to coworkers. Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
25. Processing Information: Compile data or documentation.
Requirements:
Skills
The ideal person must be a quick learner and versatile. They should possess strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and a sound work ethic. They need to approach their job with a positive attitude and have a thorough understanding of their company’s policies and overall mission. Strong computer skills are a must. Type 45 wpm, good with grammar. Excellent communicators with staff and customers and must be able to conduct themselves professionally and courteously.
Background
A high school diploma and ability to learn on the job.
