The Opportunity:

As a Naval Program Office Assistant, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, a Naval Program Office Assistant who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of our Navy clients. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Teams, MS Office, SharePoint, and regular interactions with clients, stakeholders, schedulers, and teammates.

You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience providing DoD administrative and operations support

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to develop reports, monthly progress, or status reports, and create comprehensive and correct briefings and PowerPoints

  • Ability to coordinate and document events, including travel, meetings, and conferences

  • Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and triage tasking to ensure deadlines and deliverables are provided on time or early

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting a US Navy program office

  • Knowledge of US Navy ranks

  • Possession of excellent oral and verbal communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
