City: Phoenix, AZ
Contract type: Full time

You will be based in Tampa, Phoenix, Boston or Atlanta and report to the Compliance Manager, COE Diligence, Americas who is based in Tampa, Florida.

You will be part of McKinsey’s Client Service Compliance pillar which forms part of the firm’s Ethics & Compliance Group, whose mission is to enable McKinsey’s client impact and innovation, while managing risks to the firm, our clients, and our people. You will be responsible for the diligence research, data synthesis, and reporting with the support and guidance of more senior team members.

Over time, you will be expected to inform decision making through an increasingly nuanced understanding of economic, geographic, and political issues that impact on the firm’s engagements, and to serve as a valued source of advice on relevant approaches and levels of diligence for specific sectors and clients.
