The Opportunity
We are seeking faculty to teach in our General Education courses, focusing on Ethics. As an online faculty member, you'll thrive in a supportive academic environment, collaborating with student advisors and the academic team to ensure every student receives the guidance and resources necessary for success.
We're Currently Seeking Instructors For The Following Courses
PHL-218: Ethics in Global Society
PHL-260: Ethical Decision-making and Problem-Solving
What You'll Do
Provide proactive student outreach, maintaining regular communication with students, academic advisors, and team leads to foster student success.
Foster an engaging and dynamic classroom environment, offering innovative teaching methods.
Deliver comprehensive student feedback with a swift turnaround on grading.
What We're Looking For
Master's degree in Philosophy, Humanities, Interdisciplinary Studies, Cultural Studies, Global Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in ethics-related content at the high school level or above, or experience facilitating ethics-related training in group settings.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, respecting varied backgrounds and educational journeys.
