This role will balance the HR Reporting and Analytics area by assessing processes, determine requirements, responsible for data integrity and delivering insights and recommendations to executives and stakeholders. This is a hands-on role leading one two direct reports to oversee the data integrity of SAP/SuccessFactors.

The Manager with the help of the data analysts on team will be responsible for generating reports, auditing data and using data to guide business activity. They will also help with maintaining dashboards and preparing data visualizations. The incumbent will be a subject matter expert in modules of SAP/Success Factors - Employee central and Onboarding and Reporting. Should be comfortable with SuccessFactors canvas, table and Story reports. In addition, the incumbent would have a good understanding of payroll concepts, recruiting/talent sourcing, compensation related systems such as ADP, Smart Recruiters or ICIMS.

Major Responsibilities The HRIS team will provide day-to-day SAP/SuccessFactors support in business processes, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting of Integrations and Data Feeds with the various systems.

  • The Business Analyst Manager will partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders and refine our People data and processes for efficiency and ease of use.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR metrics and dashboards using both SuccessFactors Story reports and Power BI.
  • Involved in requirements and data gathering, manipulation, and analysis, providing proposals and recommendations based on key analytical information and data driven insights, plus data cleansing at every opportunity.
  • Will help manage data visualizations on dashboards on various data sources and connect the dots to tell a story.
  • Producing regular reports, presenting findings to executive management, highlighting areas for improvement and applicable insights.
  • Developing compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables to communicate strategy to business leaders.
  • Managing the organization's HRIS system ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Mentoring the HRIS team to identify new solutions and enhance current process to deliver new capabilities for the business and users.
  • Serving as the HR Technology subject matter expert and partnering with business and IT Stakeholders to understand functional and technical requirements for integrations and security protocol.
  • Assisting in relationship management with external partners and vendors and overseeing the selection, negotiation, and contracting of HR technology solutions.


Education ~ Bachelor's degree preferred

Certification ~ HR Analytics certification a plus.

Related Experience Seven years of relevant professional experience in HRIS or a related function.

  • At least five years of combined experience with SAP/SuccessFactors and advanced reporting, and calculated field work.
  • Three or more years of direct team supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management and experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in software implementation efforts, SAP/SuccessFactors required.
  • Established understanding of HRIS technology and their applications within a business. Including design, structure, functions, processes, and analytics.
  • Experience working with data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and database skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Macros, VBA, SQL, etc.)
  • Power Bi for visualizations
