The Human Resources Manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to our Account Managers, Staff Coordinators, and HR Staff who provide recruiting support to government and commercial clients across several states.
Duties/Responsibilities
Colorado Network Staffing, is a small woman-owned strategic staffing provider to the federal government and private sectors. We focus on an attentive and personalized project management and recruiting style that assures our clients amicable and successful staffing solutions. CNS is known for building enduring relationships of trust with our customers and candidates.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Longer hours, evenings and weekend work will be necessary frequently.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Summary/Objective
The Human Resources Manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to our Account Managers, Staff Coordinators, and HR Staff who provide recruiting support to government and commercial clients across several states.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Servant leader in recruitment efforts, creates recruiting plans and develops new strategies for attracting candidates. Manage budget spending of recruiting tools.
- Work closely with client hiring managers to share best practices, provide assistance on critical recruiting project needs and coordinate on initiatives.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process through our ATS and conduct new hire orientation and exit interviews. Oversee HR records, ensuring compliance with all federal and state requirements
- Manage benefits administration and Open Enrollment initiatives
- Provide guidance and information to managers and employees in all areas of policies, procedures, and HR legal compliance. Provide guidance on leave of absence programs, ADA accommodations, workers compensation and unemployment matters, etc.
- Further development of a positive company culture
- Manage employee relations -Solicit employee insights using employee feedback tools to guide business leaders' actions to result in high levels of employee engagement and commitment.
- Establishes credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

- Strong multi-tasking abilities in a constantly changing environment
- Keen sense of urgency, resilience, and desire to achieve at the highest level. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, complex HRIS systems
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. MBA in HR preferred.
- 3-7+ years of recruiting experience and/or supervisory management experience a plus.
- Experience in the staffing industry, subcontracting and contracts a plus!
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
- American Staffing Associations Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
- Paycom experience a plus!
